FAQ's
Those new to NICAS will start at Level 1 and work their way up through the levels to Level 5. Climbers will begin with the very basics of climbing. The instructor will teach them all of the skills set out in a checklist in their logbooks, and tick those off once they have been completed, so you can easily follow along with your child’s progress. Â
Participants will be grouped together with others also at a similar climbing level, and we strive to ensure that you’ll have the same instructor for the entire term.
All essential kit is provided each week, but as your child moves up the levels, you’ll need to look into buying them some climbing shoes (or you can hire them each week from reception).
Our NICAS and Termly Fun clubs session run every day of the week:
- After school and early evening on weekdays
- Early morning and late afternoon at weekends
If you do not manage to book your desired session, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help you! We can always add you to our mailing list for next term, so email us at climb@whitespiderclimbing.comÂ
