The Role

As part of a our operations team the Duty Manager is central to the effective running of the Centre. You will be responsible for the provision of a safe, fun and welcoming climbing environment. When on duty you will directly manage the day-to-day operations including the reception, café and shop with additional responsibilities including cleaning and administrative tasks.

Candidates will need previous experience working in a climbing wall, however this doesn’t have to be in a management role as all training will be provided. We embrace personal strengths and ideas you may bring to the role.

Hours

• 20-30 hours per week (can be made full time with instructing work should candidates be qualified with CWI as a minimum) including evening and weekend work.

Rates

£27.4-29k Per Annum (Based on FTE of 40 hours)
