We’re looking for friendly and flexible people to join our front of house team on a part time basis. You will be providing customer service and advice at reception and in the café; dealing with retail, kit hire, and the general running of the centre during opening hours.

You don’t need to have previous experience working in a climbing gym, but experience in a customer facing role and/or being an active climber would be desirable. White Spider is a fun and relaxed place to work, but also one of the busiest climbing walls in the South East. You should be happy working in a busy environment as part of a team to deliver great customer service.
