Shift Leader Vacancy!



White Spider are looking for enthusiastic, flexible person to join our team as a Shift Leader. They would be part of the Duty Management Team responsible for the general operating of the centre during opening hours.

If you:

  • have the ability to motivate a team of staff
  • are able to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at all times
  • have excellent customer service skills
  • have a current first aid certificate
  • have experience cash handling
  • have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • are a keen, active and experienced climber
  • are available Friday evening’s
