My booking was supposed to take place when you we’re closed; All bookings are secure. We promise to deliver your session as soon as we are able to.
My son/daughter was enrolled on a termly club, what will happen with the remaining weeks? All remaining sessions from the Spring/Summer term will be carried over to the September term. We will be issuing vouchers to customers to use on a new booking.
Can I request a refund? Allowing us to hold your booking will not affect your right to request a refund at a later date should you still not be happy. However if you’d still like a refund then please send us an email to email@example.com
