Talk 1: Under the Skin of your Fingers

> Have you ever wondered how all the muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones work in your fingers work together to allow you to climb? How can this knowledge help you climb better? In this talk, physiotherapist Peter Wareham will delve into the relevant anatomy for climbers and offer suggestions from his experience of working with climbers managing hand and finger injuries.
Talk 2: Injury Prevention: What Really Matters?

> Have you ever wondered how you can train hard and prevent injuries? In this short talk, osteopath and strength trainer Ian Greaves will talk to you about preventing injuries when training and expose the most common myths around injury prevention.

Want some technique boosters, coaching and guidance from one of the best climbing coaches in the business? Now is your chance! For just £25, join Guy for an hour and a half session. These sessions will have a max 1:4 ratio, so you can get the most out of it! We recommend that you are climbing V2-3 at least to get the most out of this session.
