The Role

To ensure that customers receive a warm welcome when they come into the centre, helping those who come into the centre, and those who call and email with any enquiries.

The Hours

Primarily Monday and Friday evenings.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and check in customers
• Performing safety tests for new customers
• Answering customer queries by phone, email and in person, as well as taking bookings and payments
• Working with the Duty Manager and colleagues to ensure a safe and friendly environment is provided for our customers and staff.

Personal Skills & Experience

• Outstanding commitment to high quality customer service 
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff, customers and management 
• Passionate about climbing
• Experience in working in a customer service environment
• Organised
