New Year, New You; it’s always the same.
Every year we make resolutions to try and make ourselves a better person. Not only for ourselves, but the people around us; this year has been no different. A recent survey of 2000 people showed that in the top 5 resolutions made this year were: diet/eat healthier, exercise more, lose weight, and learn a new skill or hobby.
What better way to kick-start your year than crossing three of those off the list? With our beginners course you can: exercise more, lose weight, learn a new skill and start an exciting hobby.
Climbing couldn’t be a better sport to take up at the moment; with it’s growing popularity having been announced as a new sport for the 2020 Olympics. Climbing not only is a great source of fun and entertainment, but a full body workout, pushing your body both physically and mentally.
If you’re looking to get fitter, learn a skill for life, and make some great friends then climbing is the sport for you.
