Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and Government advice, and in the interests of protecting all in our community, we temporarily closed from 19th March 2020. Unfortunately we don’t yet know when we will be able to reopen, or what temporary changes we will need to make in order to ensure the safety of all involved.

Q: What happens to my membership payments? A: We have frozen all direct debits, and you should have received an email from us. We are hugely grateful to the significant number of members who told us that you wanted to and are able to keep your direct debit running. This means a lot to the team, and we thank you.
Q: What happens to any unused days on my membership? All unused days that you have for a pre-paid membership will be automatically added back once we are open.
Q: What about NICAS clubs? We have emailed all customers and will carry over your remaining sessions to when we are able to open. As usual, we give priority to our existing NICAS customers for booking the following term. We will update you again once we have more certainty, both as to the date and the process.
Q: What happens to my booking? We will contact you to rebook all sessions once we know when we are able to reopen. If you would prefer a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I buy a gift card? Yes please! What better present can you give during lockdown than the promise of a great climbing session… You can purchase your gift card here.
Q: Will punch cards and gift cards expire? We will automatically extend the expiry dates of all cards to add back at least the period we are closed.
