Meeting people in person is probably the easiest way to get to know other climbers. The crew running the session will introduce you to other people on the session, and give you a few helpful tips on your climbing to help you improve!

We have 5 social sessions a week, and the best part is they are FREE to get involved with! All you need to do is pay the standard entry fee and tell the reception staff you want to get involved. 

 

Please note, these are not instructed sessions – you need to be signed off as an experienced climber to be able to participate.

            

We have the following options: 

 

 – Adult Social Evening with Stew – Wednesdays 7 – 9pm

This session is open to anyone who is signed off with us as an experienced climber, this session is extremely popular. Stew is on hand to help you out for a whole 2 hours, whether you wanted to get a little more confident on lead or whether there's a move on a route you've been struggling with, Stew will help you out! It's a relaxed and fun session, so get involved!

 

 

 

 – Ladies Social Sessions with Bronagh – Tuesdays 7 – 9pm & Thursdays  10.30am – 12.30pm

Tuesday evening and Thursday morning sessions are open to women only. The rest of the centre remains open to everyone, but only females can get involved with these social sessions. Bronagh is energetic and fun and will help you out with all your climbing woes! Everyone loves 'B'! 

 

 

 

– Bouldering Social with Jade – Fridays 7 – 9pm

For those of you who just want to meet other boulderers or get some help with your technique, this session would be great for you. Beginners to bouldering are also welcome as well as those who maybe aren't so confident on bouldering as they are on the ropes. A relaxed evening with plenty of interesting people to meet!

 

 – Weekend Family Club with David – Saturdays 2pm – 4pm

Each Saturday, David is on hand to introduce you to other climbing families and help you all with your climbing.
